Accounting Support

EFT Enrollment or Change – 7‑Eleven strongly prefers to make electronic rent payments. To enroll, download our enrollment form here and follow the instructions provided.

Change of rent payee due to a change in ownership, management or legal authority – Documents which unequivocally establish a change in ownership, management or legal authority must be provided to 7‑Eleven for review and validation before any instruction to change a rent payee will be accepted. A submission checklist with instructions can be downloaded here.

Payments to 7‑Eleven – rent or deposit refunds, TI allowances, expense reimbursements, or other amounts due to 7‑Eleven under a lease, utility, or a property matter should be sent to:

Lease Administration Support

Estoppel Certificates, and Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment (SNDA) Agreements – Requests for an estoppel certificate and/or an SNDA must be made to 7- Eleven in writing in the manner prescribed under the lease. Requests will be acknowledged when received, and processed within the timeframe allowed under the lease (usually 30 days) so please plan accordingly. Requests which require payment of a fee will be rejected if the fee does not accompany the request. Due to the large volume of documents processed, email or phone requests are not accepted.

Do we have a Right of Refusal? If so, please send your notice to 7‑Eleven as soon as possible, attention Corporate Real Estate [Store #].

Certificates of Insurance – requests for certificates of insurance ONLY may be made by fax to 855-601-5808, or by mail to 7‑Eleven, Attn: Insurance Compliance {Store #].

Property Matters

Eminent Domain, Expropriation, Easements, or Right of Way – all documents and notices are to be sent to 7‑Eleven:

Property Access or Inspection – All requests to visit 7‑Eleven sites should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Inspections, assessments or surveys must be authorized by 7- Eleven and with any requisite agreements signed and insurance certificates presented and accepted.
